I went walking again yesterday and passed by our old public laundry. This was the place where women went to wash clothes. When I was a child those basins were still filled with water but nobody washed clothes there anymore. We used it to play watergames in the summertime. At a point the municipality choose to cut the water supply to the basins, maybe to avoid water waste, since it was almost useless.

It's a bit sad to see this place as it is right now. Some folks went and wrote on the walls but it is still quite clean even if abandoned. I wasn't there in years and I was quite diappointed to find no water inside :(
