Now I know what a Blizzard is...
Belive me...I've never seen so much snow in Italy!
On thursday I had to stay in Viterbo all day because we needed to group study for an exam. We were in that study room at the dormitory and all concentrated on our crap that nobody noticed that out the curtains there was HELL.
Obviously with three hours of blizzard all the city was covered in snow and, as always, went in complete tilt. Since my car had only old chains that work very well actually but that police would just not accept, I had to sleep at my friend's house, stay there all friday, and then only today when they finally managed to remove those damn 40 centimeters of snow from the streets I had the blessing of being home!!
It's hell in the rest of Italy. With 2-3 meters of snow. The worst is in L'Aquila, the heartquake city, still in ruin and under almost 4 meters of snow!
This pic was taken a week ago. It was funny back then, we still had no idea and just enjoyed trying to kill ourselves down that big slope!!
