I don't know why people is always so keen on making lines when on holiday!
They take it so easily, even if Italians they stay quiet and wait. XD
While at home for the slightest queue at the post office could happen a world war III :P

We, otherwise, don't like wasting time for queues, so we just headed for the stairs
